This place is always consistent with their food and service. I drive 20 miles just to eat their food. Have never been disappointed

The only place close by that sells chicken livers and gizzards. Long wait sometimes, which is a good testament to quality. However has pokestop you can spin while you wait so it is not bad.

You can't fried Mushrooms anywhere else in Alton.

Don't get the hamburger. But the chicken was delicious.

The best chicken I have ever had in a fast food type of business. I have a very picky 8yr old daughter who considers it her favorite chicken strips of anywhere. That's saying a lot

Fast Eddie's is an has always been a cornerstone in not just the neighborhood but the town. My family an friends love their variety an taste.

45 minute wait for a box and livers. At least 10 ppl walked up and we're served. Gave up and got a refund. It looked good they just didn't want to fill my order.

The last few times I have went there since the closing of Woody's Chicken the food has been a lot worse than usual! I guess they don't feel that they have any competition to go against so they do what they want.

Really neat, old school place. Cash only, no dine-in & they close at 7. Good courteous staff, nice menu selection & really good chicken. If you're out cruising (would be great stop before or after taking a drive up the River Road) or in Alton, this good chicken joint won't disappoint. I definitely added to my Return List.

This is truly a local knowledge place. Fried chicken, livers, gizzards, fried mushrooms all fresh, not greasy, no bad oil smell, just great friend chicken. Call ahead to have it ready. There were 5 people waiting for their orders when they opened at 11 on a Wednesday. It's that good. I'm from out of town but we got a huge order for our customers at the mill and I would never have ventured here if not for the local knowledge of my buddy.

This place has good business on there chicken. However there is no way that at least 1 hot sauce doesnt come with you order thats just ridiculous that should be complimentary.

My granddaughter and I love the chicken and toasted ravioli from here. It is moderately priced, carryout only, but it is worth the drive. I would recommend that you call ahead and then there is minimal wait time. This is my #1 favorite place for fried chicken
